I just got home from New Orleans where I got to meet James Marsden and Michelle Monaghan on the set of Nicholas Spark’s new movie, The Best Of Me. But those are stories for another time. Right now, it’s Midweek at the Oasis, and here’s what you may have missed online this week. (Yes, I’m reposting this from last week because, in between, we’ve dealt with the San Diego fires and gone to Boston to watch our daughter graduate from college. These Wednesdays sure come around fast but that first video alone is definitely worth watching twice!)

Nothing like a dog video, and this husky has the same reaction to going in his kennel that many of us have to getting up on Monday mornings.
I’m excited that Season 2 of one of my favorite shows, Orange is the New Black, starts on June 6, and I think Suzanne “Crazy Eyes” Warren is one of the best TV characters to come along in a while.
Because I’ve been on my phone constantly the past few days since I was on a press trip, let me leave you with this. Can you relate?

Oh my goodness!! I could not live or stay for one night in that house. Absolutely amazing views from the side but I don’t think I could sleep. I’m such a weenie… 🙂

I have never seen the show, Orange is the new Black. I have heard so much about it though, I will have to check it out.
I just started Orange in the new black and I’m loving it. Almost done with season 1 and excited I wont have to wait long for season 2.

Hmm… you know, I think I would try sleeping one night in that bedroom. Not sure any sleep would actually occur, but you gotta try everything once! 😉 I LOVE the video of the two girls. Their beat poetry is stunning, and the message is even stronger. Love it.
I’m still jealous I love love Nicholas spark, great Wednesday post but the first pic ughh I cannot get over the fact I’m afraid of heights I dont think I would be able to enjoy the view.
