My word, it’s that time of year again! Time to come up with the word that will guide me through 2016, that will ground me and inspire me when I need a boost. That’s a lot of pressure to put on one little word.

I admit that, as a blogger, I get a lot of cool things. I get great books, movies and products to review and I get to go on all kinds of amazing trips and enjoy one-of-a-kind experiences. Although I am so grateful for all of these perks, few things have made me as genuinely scream-out-loud-with-excitement…
There’s something about receiving an award from your peers that just makes you feel all mushy gushy happy inside.
